►In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety. The traveler registration form must be filled in at check-in with the details of guests. The registration form must be sent to the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival or departure of the guests. And also, the travel registrations must be registered by the host in a travel register book, which can be in physical or digital format, with a minimum of 100 pages and a maximum of 500 pages. ►Please note the apartment has free parking, but this is subject to availability, as they are not fixed spaces. ►Please keep in mind check-in from 9:00 p.m. to midnight will have an additional charge of €20 ►Please note after midnight the supplement will be €35 According to Royal Decree 933/2021, we are required to request traveler registration from all our guests. We will ask for personal information such as full name, ID type and number, postal address, etc. Without this information, check-in will not be possible. If you leave your keys inside the accommodation or if we simply need to help you open the door, an additional charge of €30 or €40 will apply, depending on the time of day. If you lose your keys, we will have to call a locksmith, which will incur an additional charge of at least €75, depending on the time of day and the type of lock.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
