It is not possible to book the shuttle service in advance; it can only be booked at check-in at reception. The shuttle service cannot be guaranteed at a specific time; it is subject to availability and the order of bookings at check-in. This is a free service, and the hotel reserves the right to make changes to the schedule to ensure good service. Guests must provide their arrival date/time and flight details during the booking process. The airport shuttle service is for transit passengers only, not for car rental customers.
